If you're a new patient, you'll need to complete intake paperwork before scheduling — the router will point you in the right direction.

Choosing the right appointment length

20 Minutes — Check-in

For most follow-up visits. Medication reviews, refills, quick updates. The right choice for 90% of appointments when things are stable.

💬

40 Minutes — Extended

When you have more to talk through — a medication change, a new life situation, or something that needs more than a quick check-in.

🔍

60 Minutes — Full Session

For deeper conversations — discussing diagnoses, considering new approaches, or when you just need more space and time to work things through.
